Weekly Numbers from April 25 - May 1, 2011 (Mon-Sunday)

The R&R week of the Build 1 period was last week and man, did I need down time.  Cutting training time down from over 10 hours the week prior to around 6 hours helped free up some time, but for some reason I don't think I spent the "spare" time sleeping--which is what I wanted to do.  I didn't do one, not one, intense workout last week except for the race on Saturday.  I like racing at the end of a rest week as its sort of like a 'mini peak'.  Maybe all weeks should be rest weeks : )
