Training Numbers from Oct 31 - Nov 6 (Monday - Sunday)

Didn't do to well with the Insanity Training last week.  I was frickin' exhausted all week. It was week 4 of that program. This is week 5 which is a recovery week for Insanity. During the regular training season I do 3 training weeks + a recovery week so its a 4 week block. Mentally and physically after 3 weeks of Insanity workouts I think I was ready for a break, but had to go another week before recovery--maybe that's why I was tired last week. I don't know.
