Weekly Numbers: June 13 - 19 & June 20 - 26

I didn't post much last week.  Honestly, the Rochesterfest Tri on June 19 took a lot out of me and I wasn't much in the mood for training, logging any training, or blogging.  Last night I had to catch up on logging training all the way back to June 17.  I wasn't feeling 'right' till about Wednesday last week.  I barely did any training in the first half of the week then started to come around by Thursday or so.  Had a decent morning run yesterday (Sunday) morning and a halfway decent ride late in the day.  The ride was only about 36 miles or so, but it went ok.  Anyway, numbers over the last couple of weeks:

June 13 - 19 (incl Rochesterfest Tri)

Run: 15.71 Mi, 1h 51m 33s
