Last week, Feb 7 thru Feb 13, numbers weren't where they were supposed to be. It was the first week of Base 2. I had just over 8 hours scheduled, but I had to go out of town for work so the two-a-days didn't happen. I could have probably done them, but traveling made me tired and lack of places to train played into it. Anyway, here are the stats:
Swim: a big fat zero
Bike: 35.25 Mi, 1h 55m 37s
Run: 28.01 Mi, 3h 26m 51s
Weights: 38m
TOTAL TIME: 6h 0m 38s
Hopefully I can get back on track this week.

Pretty much with you on the swim. Whereas last year I was able to find time during the day, it has been harder this year. I'm lucky to get in twice a week when I want to be at three. Hopefully it gets better. Good run numbers! Keep at it and stay injury free!
