Numbers from Last Week

Last week, Jan 31 thru Feb 6, was a much need R&R week with regards to training.  Here are the stats:
  • Swim: 1820.21 Yd, 38m 13s
  • Bike: 41.25 Mi, 2h 15m 38s
  • Run: 12.80 Mi, 1h 41m 20s
  • Weights: 1h 01m
TOTAL TIME:  5h 36m 11s

This week is not going to go as planned as there is a work project going on that could affect a couple/few days of training...  Oh well, that's how it goes sometimes.
