Monday, which is a new week and was Halloween, I skipped all training, but got back on track yesterday. I really need to purge my system of all the Halloween candy. I am weak. I can't resist it. Seriously, there were no less then 6000 "fun size" and "bite size" candy bars within my reach on Monday at work. Horrible. I felt like crap and was tired later in the evening--so what'd I do? I drank a Coke. Nice--more sugar. What's with the bite size candy bars anyway? All you do is justify why you can have 5 instead of 2. They know what they're doing. I am going to try to get back on track now. With that said, here's my numbers from last week:
