I backed off of training and did no running outside of a couple warmup jogs in the two weeks following IMWI. Ran a bit on Sept 24 then wanted to get back on some sort of schedule on Monday, Sept 26, but was hit with the body aches, a headache, and thought my sinuses were going to be the next thing to go bad. I felt like I was getting the flu. On Tuesday (27th) I felt ok and actually pretty good by the end of the day so whatever it was didn't develop or just passed thru quickly. I was about to resume with some sort of exercise on Wednesday, but I couldn't get away over lunch and we had a lot of things to get done that evening at home, so.....I used that as an excuse to take one more day off to be sure. Anyway, bad week.

During the "off season" I like to do around 5-7 hours a week. This passed week wasn't too bad, but didn't feel like I got in as much time as I did. I did, however, finally get to ride a little bit on the mountain bike a little bit yesterday--only the second ride all year on that thing. Mileage may be off as I was using GPS and accuracy can be an issue in the woods. INSANITY starts tonight with the Fit-Test. Last weeks numbers:
