R&R Week Numbers from August 15 - 21 (Monday thru Sunday)

R&R weeks seem long when they're 8-9 hours.  Ordinarily, that's a high volume week for me, but since I've been up in the 12-14 hour range the last couple of months, 8-9 is easy to hit.  Also, the long bike yesterday was pretty easy with 2 hrs 23 minutes in zone 1.  Things are winding down. Taper week 1 (or Peak 1) starts today.
