Training Hours Ketchup Post

This time of year can be busy and slow... Busy because of the holidays, but slow for training--at least for me. Maybe that's just an excuse.  I was trying to stay on the Insanity training plan, but as soon as it ramped up, I wimped out.   The first day after the R&R week (which for me was Nov 14) they hit you with a Fit Test that takes about 25 minutes, then the regular workout for that day is 59 minutes. The plan is set up to do them one after the other.  That's 1 hour and 24 minutes of high-intensity jumps, squats, push-ups, etc.  I made it till about 1 hour 5 minutes then called it quits.  I maid it thru a couple more days of that week, cutting one workout short, then did the Recovery workout and had to cut that short. I was too tired and needed some rest for the Turkey Trot 5k on the 19th.   I decided to re-do that week starting on Nov 21.  It went better.   I did 5 of the 6 workouts.  Three weeks of Insanity to go.  The last two weeks of training are below.
