The first week of Build 2 is complete. I was supposed to do 11 hrs 31 minutes of total training for the week, but only managed to get in around 10 and a half. After the Spring Classic 15k--well that night--I slept horrible, well, not exactly that...I couldn't fall asleep and then once I did, I woke up 5 hours later feeling like I slept well and long. The kids and I made a nice Mothers Day breakfast for Carin. After that I felt totally exhausted and run-down the rest of the day. I tried to go on a ride (supposed to do about a 2 hour brick), but could only manage about an hour ride--and struggled thru it.
Anyway, here are the numbers from last week, which include the race time/mileage:
Swim: 4250.00 Yd, 1h 49m 04s
Bike: 86.70 Mi, 4h 49m 35s
Run: 28.29 Mi, 3h 18m 06s
Strength: 40m
TOTAL TRAINING TIME: 10 hrs 36 min 45 sec
